| Hospice survey reports with deficiencies are posted in the "Download all Deficiencies in Excel" link to the left. The link directly below that is a data dictionary for the report. |
| Survey teams create reports that document their determination of compliance with Medicare regulations, and inform providers or suppliers of their compliance status. Providers or suppliers not in compliance use the report as a basis to analyze deficient practices and to develop plans of correction. |
| This report is updated with additional surveys on a quarterly basis. Some survey outcomes are posted later than others due to additional time needed for revisits, approval of plans of correction, potential IDRs, or other enforcement actions. They will eventually be included in a later update. |
