State Summary Report

Selection Criteria

This report is designed to give the user quick information about the providers and survey agency activity (e.g. surveys) in one state. The report will contain data about each of the providers/suppliers for which QCOR provides reports. As new providers are added to QCOR, this report will be modified to accommodate the new data.

Please note that CASPER stores data for a limited number of surveys per provider; earlier surveys may not be available for use in these reports. Please keep this in mind when comparing data about recent years to data about earlier years.
