| Z0086 | ADMINISTRATION AND GOVERNING BODY CFR(s): 486.324(a)(1) [While an OPO may have more than one board, the OPO must have an advisory board that has both the authority described in paragraph (b) of this section and the following membership:] Members who represent hospital administrators, either intensive care or emergency room personnel, tissue banks, and voluntary health associations in the OPO's service area. This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on OPO personnel interview and advisory board record review on July 18, 2018, the OPO failed to have a member on its advisory board who represents a voluntary health association in the OPO's service area. Findings included: a. During a review on July 18, 2018 of advisory board records, it was determined that the OPO's advisory board membership failed to include a member who represents a voluntary health association in the OPO's service area. b. On July 18, 2018, OPO staff confirmed that their advisory board lacked a member representing a voluntary health association in the OPO's service area. |
