MAC Based on observation and interview, the facility failed to ensure a two hour separation was in place per requirements of: 2012 NFPA 101, 19.1.3.4, 19.1.6.1 and 8.2.1.3 Findings include: On 10/03/2017, during a tour of the facility from 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, a two hour separation was not observed between the Medical Building (Hospital) and the Women's Building A member of the maintenance staff was present when this deficiency was identified. . |
